The strongest listing is supported by a current rewards page, terms page, help article or promotion page published by the business. The card links directly to that source and includes the date it was checked.

City availability is confirmed separately

A national program does not automatically appear on every city page. Version 2 stores an explicit list of confirmed cities and separate location notes for each one. Known campus, licensed or non-participating locations can be identified without changing the main national offer.

Local business confirmation

An independent business may confirm an offer directly even when it does not publish formal terms. These offers are labelled as confirmed by the local business and should still be checked before a special trip.

Variable rewards

Some programs promise a birthday offer without naming the exact item. These are not presented as a specific free product. The listing explains that the reward may vary and tells the visitor where to find it.

Scheduled review dates

Every active offer has an internal “review after” date. Offers with changeable app rewards or local conditions are checked sooner than stable published programs. If a review date passes, the site can display a maintenance warning until the record is checked again.

Discontinued-offer archive

An expired reward should be moved to the protected archive rather than silently erased from the maintenance history. Archived records are excluded from public city and national pages.

Conditions are part of the listing

A birthday item may require a drink, entrée, second meal, membership, app, advance registration or earlier transaction. The directory treats those conditions as essential information rather than fine print.
